The above are words i live by, we all have a reason to do what we do and if the "Why"is strong enough, the "What" and the "How" will present itself.

As a father of 5 (3 young adults and 2 furkids).I have personally gone through the journey of asset progression, from starter home, upgrading, investing and portfolio management.

I realised that all these decisions have always been triggered by a "Why".From moving nearer to a school or getting more space for a growing family ,even to the growing of wealth, i have been fortunate enough to have navigated through all that.

This also equips me to be attuned to the needs of all my client's, from newly weds, families with children to multiple property investors.

Through the journey of helping myself and my clients, it has allowed me to crystalise and perfect my R.E.A.L Deal methodology which i will be glad to share with you.
